NduLearn is software for language-exam preparation (TEF Canada, TCF Canada, and IELTS General Training). It is not an official sitting, examination centre, or issuer of certified results.
NDUNDECODE provides software. We do not represent IRCC, CCI, France Éducation international, or IELTS. Diagnostic, Estimate, and Self-reported labels are not official NCLC, CLB, CEFR, TEF, TCF, or IELTS scores.
You must keep credentials secret. One active session per account. You may use the service only for your own lawful exam preparation.
You keep copyright in your original responses. You licence us to store and evaluate them to run the product. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive right to use published items. You do not receive copyright in our lessons or item banks. Original responses are not rewritten after you submit.
Free vs paid exam access (licence window from Catalog) vs estimate top-up are server-side entitlements. Prices are those shown at checkout. There is no pass guarantee and no immigration outcome.
You may not scrape item banks, run cheating rings, reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law, upload other people’s personal data, or present NduLearn estimates as official exam results.
Writing and speaking feedback may be automated and can be wrong. We may use a stub or a named provider. Feedback is Estimate only.
We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features and fix defects.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NDUNDECODE is not liable for exam outcomes, immigration decisions, or indirect damages arising from use of labelled estimates. These terms are a draft until a lawyer rewrites them.
